菠蘿海鮮炒飯

材料
- 菠蘿 1個
- 青椒粒 2兩
- 甘筍粒 2兩
- 黃姜粉 少許
- 海鮮 (隨意)
- 飯 10兩
- 蛋 2隻
- 1 Pineapple
- 2 Tael Green Pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Tael Carrot, finely chopped
- Some Ground Turmeric
- Some Seafood of your choice
- 10 Tael Cooked Rice
- 2 Eggs
烹調步驟

先把菠蘿挑清,備用
Cut a pineapple in half and hollow out to make a bowl, set aside

把菠蘿、甘筍、青椒切粒備用
Finely chop the pineapple, carrot and green pepper. Set aside

煲水把甘筍粒預先煮熟
Boil a pot of water and cook the carrot

再煲水把海鮮預先煮熟,備用
Boil another pot of water and cook the seafood

起鑊落油,先落少許蛋、再落飯、再落蛋把飯炒熱,加入黃姜粉炒勻
Heat a pan with some oil, add half portion of egg, then add rice and stir-fry. Add the remainder portion of egg into the rice, then add the ground turmeric, stir-fry well

再把青椒粒、甘筍粒加入略炒
Add the chopped green pepper and carrot into the rice and stir-fry them

再加入海鮮及菠蘿略炒,調味
Finally add the seafood and pineapple in, season with salt

再放入先前預備好的菠蘿即成
Place the fried rice in the hollowed out pineapple, ready to serve
