- 上海麵 300克
- 豬肉 40克
- 椰菜 40克
- 薑 1片
- 蔥 1條
調味料
- 油 2湯匙
- 鹽 1/2茶匙
- 生抽 1茶匙
- 老抽 1茶匙
- 鹽 1/2茶匙(煮麵用)
- 生抽 1/2茶匙(醃豬肉用)
- 生粉 1/2茶匙(醃豬肉用)
- 450ml Water
- 3 Mango
- 4 tbsp Cream
- 4 tbsp Coconut Milk
- Some Pomelo
- 3 tbsp Sago
- 3 tbsp Water
- 3 tbsp Sugar
烹調步驟

先將椰菜和薑片切絲,蔥切段,豬肉切條
Dice 2 mangoes and juice 1 mango. Peel and segment 1 pomelo

Add sago into boiling water. Cook for 6 minutes. Turn off the heat and set aside for 15 minutes. Rinse sago with cold water and drain
